We are located in downtown Tigard, Oregon just outside of Portland, Oregon. This form is for new replacement window screens only. For window and door screen repair they should be brought in to our shop at 9448 SW Tigard St. Tigard, OR 97223 where you can pick-up the new screens as well M-F 9-4:30.
