Gallery of Our Patio & Deck Enclosures

Type of panels used:

Sliding or fixed panels are the main applications used for patio or deck enclosures. Almost all panels are custom made right in our shop located in Tigard, Oregon.

In addition to standard rectangular frames we can fabricate panels that require odd angles and shapes for structures like gazebos.

The panel framing normally used for patio and deck enclosures is usually made of aluminum or wood. Aside from screens a variety of different materials such as tempered glass, plate glass and plexi-glass are just some of the materials that can be used to shelter your space from the weather.

TYPES OF SCREENING FOR PATIO OR DECK ENCLOSURES:

We feature various different styles of custom patio or deck enclosure screening. Screening materials can range anywhere from standard fiberglass insect mesh to heavy duty pet mesh, stainless steel mesh, aluminum mesh and even solar mesh if sunshade is a requirement.

This is the before picture of a nice sized patio with the concrete slab and posts already in place.

This is the same patio from the other end with a door opened up. All 10 panels are moveable as well as removable in the event a large object needs to be carried in or out.

This is a small upper patio which was already framed in and screened with light weight regular insect mesh. We replaced the mesh with a new more durable stainless steel mesh which will last many years longer and offer better views as well.

Here is the view out the right side of the patio facing the Willamette River. The aluminum screen frames are covered in wood trim on the sides which gives more support to the enclosure and allows the frame work to tie in much better with the all cedar framed structure.

This view looks down river and as you can see this metal mesh allows for a great view. This is not at all like most metal mesh options on the market.

This is a close up of the stainless steel mesh, at about 12 in. away if finally become noticeable.

This houses patio was difficult to screen because of the curved brick wall. We used a product know as Screen-eze. It can be bent into arched or curved shapes and still holds its strength. I designed this patio in Alabama and the next patio in Oregon with the same material. After I had done these I told the manufacturer how to do it and now there are dozens across the USA. This is the patio we did in Oregon City at a retirement center. The top is done in Screen-eze and the bottom is done in sliding patio door panels. I added a 3” aluminum I-beam over the doors for support and to attach the u-channels to plus 4 tracks on the bottom to roll the doors on.

This patio just need one end of screened in. We put up an aluminum tube frame and installed a swinging screen door into it.

This is the finished product. It was primarily built to stop the pine needles and leaves from coming onto the patio.

This back patio was against the forest and bugs were a real problem. The floor was not parallel to the ceiling so he added brick work to level it out. We then installed tracks and channels and 10 locking sliding patio door panels.

This was a cedar addition that we supplied screens for. The screens were held in by cedar stops.

This is the same addition looking out. What a nice area to just sit and read in.

This addition was supplied with screens and glass panels which made this area an all year room.

This home was in need of a way to enclose the front porch so the cats could climb out of the front window and not escape.

We framed it in cedar and aluminum panels with two sliding door panels at each end that lock from both sides. We also used our heavy duty Pet Mesh which will allow the cats to climb the screens to get their exercise while chasing bugs.

This was an almost impossible patio to screen in. It took almost two weeks. The steel frame work of the homes deck and roof were in the wrong places. We had to install the screen panel outside of the roof support post. Very hard to do!

We attached heavy duty screen frames to each other and fastened them down to the deck and the upper roof.

We used the stainless steel mesh here to improve the visibility and light. The lakes view was not blocked at all except for the 1” frames of the screens.
