1. The Phone Call

2. On-Site Measuring
This is the part that makes mobile screen repair worth it. We measure each opening in place rather than working from the old screen. Homes in Beaverton and Lake Oswego range from 1950s ranches to new construction, and openings on the same wall are frequently off from each other by a sixteenth of an inch. Measuring the opening instead of copying an old frame is how you get screens that seat tight and stay put.
3. Mesh and Frame Selection
We go through the options with you at the house, where you can actually see the window in question. Standard fiberglass mesh for most openings, aluminum where you want more rigidity, solar mesh on the west and south facing windows that cook in July, and pet resistant mesh anywhere a dog or cat has already made its opinion known. Frame color gets matched to your existing windows.
4. Build and Install
Frames get cut, cornered, and splined on site. Most window screens take a few minutes each once measuring is done. Sliding patio door screens take longer because the rollers and track need attention too. Everything gets seated in the opening before we leave, so any fit issue gets caught while we are still standing there.
5. Cleanup and Payment
We haul off the old frames and mesh. You are not left with a pile of bent aluminum to deal with.
